View moreThe anticipated period of performance (PoP) is planned to start in February 2029 and will have one (1) 12-month base period, with four (4) 12-month option periods. The requirements described in the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Attachment 1) describe tasks and capabilities required to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the requirement as defined in this DRAFT PWS except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor must be able to perform to the standards in this DRAFT PWS.
All responsible potential offerors to the Government are encouraged to review DRAFT PWS in its entirety to ensure a clear understanding.
Interested parties are requested to respond to this RFI with a Capability Statement. Capability Statements should be tailored to the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements.
