The Government intends to negotiate solely with Keysight under the authority of FAR 13.101. No other company can provide the compatible software for the existing systems. The NAICS Code is 541519 and the Business Size Standard is large.This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it canfulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation.
