The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) issued this special notice of intent to award a firm-fixed-price contract on a noncompetitive basis to Global Rescue LLC under solicitation number N00174-26-SIMACQ-10-0029. The Department of the Navy requires the GRID Platform to provide tracking and intelligence services as well as medical and security access membership. This procurement is classified under NAICS 624230 Emergency and Other Relief Services and PSC Q999 MEDICAL- OTHER. There is no set-aside for this action, designated as set-aside NONE.

The government is conducting negotiations using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a) (1), as Global Rescue LLC is identified as the only known source capable of meeting the specific requirements. The primary place of performance is Indian Head, MD. Although this notice is not a request for quotes, the agency will consider capability statements from interested parties to determine if a competitive procurement is advantageous to the government.

Interested vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management and provide clear and concise documentation of their capabilities to Shannon Wooten via email. Responses are due by June 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST. Oral communications will not be accepted, and the government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by parties responding to this notice.
