Interested parties who believe they can provide these services may submit a capabilities statement to the Contracting Officer no later than June 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. Responses must be submitted via email. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of Market Research. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
