The course must meet the following characteristics at minimum:
Course must certify personnel on operating Joint Light Tactical Vehicles (JLTVs).
Course must certify instructors who can, in turn, certify operators.
Course must certify maintainers on core tasks to maintain the JLTV fleet.
Course must occur on-site (Andersen AFB) and use JLTVs owned by the 36 SFS.
