Industry Day with HRSA and SAMHSA, sponsored by the HRSA & SAMHSA Contracts Office

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) will host an Industry Day on March 25, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. at 5600 Fishers Lane in Rockville, Maryland. Sponsored by the HRSA and SAMHSA Contracts Office in coordination with the Department of Health and Human Services Small Business Office, the event is designed to increase communication and understanding between private industry and the agencies. Representatives from the Contracts Office and various program offices will deliver presentations regarding upcoming requirements and the implementation of the President’s management agenda under Executive Orders 14222, 14240, and 14271.

The session provides an opportunity for small and large businesses to learn about agency needs and engage in a question-and-answer period followed by networking. No solicitations will be issued and no contracts will be awarded during the event; furthermore, the program will focus strictly on contracting rather than grants. In-person attendance is encouraged for those in the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia metropolitan area, with capacity limited to the first 70 companies that register. A virtual attendance option is available for overflow participants and those located outside the local region.

Interested parties must submit an intent-to-attend email to the point of contact, AskOAMP, by the response deadline of 5:00 p.m. on March 6, 2026. Registration emails for in-person attendance must include the name, title, and email address for up to three individuals per company. While there is no fee to attend the event, all transportation and travel costs are the responsibility of the attendees.
