1st Amendment: The purpose of this amendment is to: a. add Attachment - Site Visit Invitation to the Solicitation NOTE: Questions are due on (FRIDAY)18 JULY 2025 @ 1100 hrs. b. all other terms and condition of the Solicitation remain the same. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) issues a solicitation to award a commercial, Single Award, Hybrid Requirements (FFP/LH/T&M), Indefinite Delivery Type (IDT) contract for the Maintenance, Inspection and Repair of Emergency Power Supply Systems (UPS and GEN) at USAG Bavaria HOHENFELS, Germany. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Bavaria - HOHENFELS, Germany. The Period of Performance is expected to start 1 September 2025 and includes a one (1) year Base Periods with four (4) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract).
