This announcement constitutes the only publication; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Amarillo VA Health Care System & West Texas VA Health Care System require Subsistence Dairy. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99-1, effective 07/16/2018. The solicitation number is 36C25718Q9796, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition is set-aside 100% for Small Business (SB) in accordance with FAR 19.
