SYNOPSIS OF INTENT TO SOLICIT

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy intends to issue solicitation SPE60722R0200 for the Into-Plane program 2.3 West. This procurement is for an estimated 149,368,966 US gallons of turbine fuel, aviation (9130-013054097) to support various commercial airports across Alaska, American Samoa, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. This requirement is classified under NAICS 324110 for Petroleum Refineries and PSC 9130 for Liquid Propellants and Fuels, Petroleum Base.

The resulting awards will be requirements-type, fixed-price contracts with economic price adjustments. The period of performance is scheduled to run from April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2026.
