F--AQUATIC RESTORATION BPA FOR COOS BAY/ROSEBURG

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office is seeking responsible small business vendors to establish single Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Aquatic and Terrestrial Habitat Restoration Services (commercial item) within or near the boundaries of the Coos Bay and Roseburg BLM districts in Oregon, and conducted under FAR Part 13 procedures. The vendor may furnish Aquatic and Terrestrial Habitat Restoration Services under a BPA established in response to this solicitation. The performance period will be from date of award for a period of 5 years. The NAICS code is 115310 and the small business size standard is $7.5M. All responsible sources shall submit the following in order be considered by the agency: 1. A completed Standing Quote Schedule using the form in Attachment 2. The respondent shall enter unit prices for each item listed. The prices shall include all necessary supervision, management, labor, transportation, equipment, materials, any other direct incidental costs, overhead and profit, unless the cost is identified as a separately priced contract line item. 2. A statement identifying which BLM district areas (Roseburg and/or Coos Bay) you are interested in providing the stated services in. 3.
