Manufacturing Sustainment & Engineering Support

The Defense Microelectronics Activity requires manufacturing sustainment and engineering support for the Advanced Reconfigurable Manufacturing for Semiconductors (ARMS) and Integrated Circuits Manufacturing Support Labs (ICM-SL). Work is performed in McClellan, California, and is restricted to laboratory and foundry spaces. The ARMS Foundry utilizes semiconductor solutions to resolve obsolescence and improve the performance, reliability, and availability of microelectronics-based weapons systems. The contract is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle with a five-year ordering period and a total ceiling of $96.9 million. Task orders will be issued on a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) basis, with an initial task order covering a base year and four option years. The minimum order guarantee for the IDIQ is $1 million.
