Description of the Requirement: Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) has a regional requirement for both recurring and non-recurring, performance based, crane inspection, maintenance & certification services, within the Washington Navy Yard (WNY) and various surrounding regional locations throughout the Washington DC Metropolitan area. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide the services. ?
