The Department of the Navy, through NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, is seeking custodial and janitorial services for its headquarters at Building W143 in Norfolk, Virginia. This 100% small business set-aside requires a contractor to manage all personnel, equipment, and supervision for approximately 155,000 square feet of office and training space. The contract is structured as a firm-fixed-price agreement with a base year and four option years, though custodial supplies are handled via a separate cost-reimbursable, no-fee CLIN.
