First Destination Transportation (FDT) applies. FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance @ Origin for stock location(s) within the Continental United States (CONUS). Delivery is 162 days ARO. This procurement does not have a surge and sustainment requirement. The anticipated issue date is March 31, 2015 & closing date of April 30, 2015.
