Indefinite Delivery Contracts for Architect-Engineer Services to Support Host Nation projects, various locations, Japan

The Department of the Army, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Japan District (POJ), is seeking qualified firms for multiple Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDCs) to provide Architect-Engineer services. This procurement, identified by solicitation number W912HV26RA012, supports the Host Nation construction program and Japan District internal requirements for projects funded through non-Military Construction appropriations. The acquisition follows the Brooks Architect-Engineer Act and FAR Part 36, focusing on engineering services under NAICS 541330 and general architect and engineering services including landscaping, interior layout, and designing under PSC C211.
