The proposed action is intended to be awarded sole source basis with one issued cage. The proposed sole source is Hutchinson Aerospace & Industry, Inc. Cage 81860. This item is solicited as Unrestricted. Terms are FOB Origin and Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 30 each (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity of 190 each over the 5 years. The minimum delivery order is 30 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 120 each. Surge requirements are not applicable. Requested delivery is 71 days ARO. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 3 each (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity 20 each over the 5 years. The minimum delivery order is 3 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 11 each. Requested delivery is 114 days ARO. NSN: 5342-00-113-9368, the estimated annual quantity is112 each per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 28 each (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity 83 each over the 5 years. The minimum delivery order is 28 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 112 each. Requested delivery is 71 days ARO. NSN: 5342-00-493-9372, the estimated annual quantity is 88 each per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 22 each (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity of 132 each over the 5 years. The minimum delivery order is 22 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 88 each. Requested delivery is 45 days ARO. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
