Court Reporting, Transcription, and Stenography Services (CRTSS)

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management (OASAM), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE) issues Solicitation Number 1605C1-23-Q-00071 for the procurement of Court Reporting, Transcription, and Stenography Services (CRTSS). The Government anticipates the award of a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for Court ReportingTranscription, and Stenography Services (CRTSS) to support the Department throughout the nation.The term of the BPAs will be for five (5), one (1) year Ordering Periods. This requirement is posted under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 561492-Court Reporting and Stenotype Services. The Small Business Size Standard for NAICS Code 561492 is $19 Million. This is a Total Small Business set-aside. Contractors are expected to thoroughly review and comply with the attached solicitation. Failure to do so will be at the Contractor's own risk. Please note the following due dates related to Solicitation Number 1605C1-23-Q-00071: 1. THE DUE DATE FOR QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS CONCERNING THIS RFP is WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 2, 2023, 5:00 P.M. EST. 2. ALL PROPOSAL VOLUMES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE GOVERNMENT BY 5:00 P.M. EST ON THURSDAY, AUGUST 24, 2023. It is the ultimate responsibility of the Contractor to ensure delivery of their proposal and all related documents to the designated point of contact via e-mail on or before the closing date and time. The solicitation and attachments may be downloaded from the sam.gov website. No paper copy / hard copy of the solicitation will be distributed. Issuance of the solicitation does not constitute an award commitment on the part of the Government, nor does it commit the Government to pay for costs incurred in the preparation and submission of proposals.
