Maintenance, Inspection and Repair of Utilities and Energy Monitoring and Control System (UEMCS) at USAG Bavaria-Hohenfels

The 928th Contracting Battalion/Regional Contracting Office – Bavaria, on behalf of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, is soliciting maintenance, inspection, and repair services for the Utilities and Energy Monitoring and Control System (UEMCS) at USAG Bavaria-Hohenfels, Germany. This requirement is classified under NAICS 221121 Electric Bulk Power Transmission and Control and PSC J059 MAINT/REPAIR/REBUILD OF EQUIPMENT- ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT COMPONENTS. The Government intends to award a hybrid Requirements Type Contract utilizing a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process, featuring Firm Fixed Price, Labor Hour, and Time and Material contract line items.

The performance period is scheduled to begin on September 14, 2024, and consists of a one-year base period with two subsequent one-year option periods. The selected contractor will be responsible for performing services to the standards defined in the Performance Work Statement, maintaining the electrical and electronic components of the UEMCS without direct government supervision.
