THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SINGLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. This is not a solicitation. This is a notification of an intent to award a single source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under NAICS code 541512. The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) Acquisition and Operation Branch in Denver, Colorado will solicit and award a BPA to Nexgen Internet Minds Inc. 1 Research CT STE 450 Rockville, MD 20850. BOR has a requirement for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) that will cover requirements needed to maintain and service the Cisco VoIP telephone system for the California Great Basin (CGB) regional and Area Offices. The purpose of this agreement is to provide BORs Interior Region 10 Information Technology (IT) Office with the following services: install and configure Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) software servers on VMware ESXI to VoIP for all area offices to include: Voicemail, Conference Calling, International Calling, Long Distance, and Tail End Hop Off. The BOR VoIP network is complex and the inherent services are highly specialized. While Cisco support is a common requirement, BOR needs a contractor with deep knowledge of the existing VoIP environment and that can respond to service calls within one hour and get the systems back up and running very quickly in the event of a catastrophic failure. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide this requirement. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Responsible sources may submit technical capability statement along with business profile to Contract Specialist, Christina Mohamed at [email protected] by 11:00 AM MST, August 18, 2021, which shall be considered by the Agency. Any information received will be treated as market research information for future of same or similar requirements. The Contracting Office reserves the right to pursue the single source negotiation or compete the requirement based on information received. Quotations or proposals received in response to this notice will not be accepted since THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTES.
