Center for Whale Research - Southern Resident Killer Whale Annual Survey

The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award an indefinite delivery - indefinite quantity (IDIQ), firm fixed price (FFP) contract to the Center for Whale Research (CWR), Friday Harbor, Washington, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b), soliciting from a single source, to contract for the services noted within the attached Statement of Work. The NAICS Code is 541620 - Environmental Consulting Services with a Size Standard of $14.0 million. Interested parties that believe they could satisfy the requirements listed above may clearly and unambiguously identify their capability to do so in writing via email to [email protected] on or before the response date for this notice. This notice of intent is not a solicitation. Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition. If competitive procedures are not used, it is estimated that an award will be issued by August 23, 2013.
