The scope of work involves timber sale preparation and common stand exam services, including unit layout, boundary designation, area determination, cruise design, timber cruising, tree marking, and data collection. Contractors are responsible for providing all labor, equipment, supplies, and licensing required to perform these tasks, which will be awarded as individual BPA calls. This seed project is scheduled to begin between May 1, 2023, and June 1, 2023, with a 120-day period of performance.
The solicitation package includes 15 attachments, such as the statement of work, wage determinations, and multiple sets of questions and answers. Significant updates were provided through Amendment 0001 and Amendment 0002, which revised the submission deadline and updated the Seed Project documentation. All participating contractors must maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Individual task orders issued against the resulting BPAs will be competed among the agreement holders.
