Employee Development Group (AJG-L3) and FAA Leadership and Learning Institute (FLLI) Training Space Requirements

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) issued solicitation 697DCK-20-R-00060 to acquire training space and support services for the Employee Development Group (AJG-L3) and the FAA Leadership and Learning Institute (FLLI). The scope of work includes providing facility space, equipment, parking, transportation or shuttle services, and audiovisual support for various training programs, including Succeeding in Your First Year (SYFY), Technical Operations Leadership Development Program (TOLDP), Air Traffic Leadership Development Program (ATLDP), and the New Manager's Course (NMC). Performance occurs at the contractor’s facility, which must be located within a 15-mile radius of either Dulles International Airport (IAD) or Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) and remain accessible by car or public transportation.

The selected contractor is responsible for the setup and teardown of training offerings, with the capacity to host multiple sessions simultaneously to meet expanding mission requirements. Requirements also include ensuring participants have local access to food and beverages, either through the venue or nearby restaurants, to minimize disruptions to the event agenda.
