Pre-solicitation Notice for Touchdown 08 Airfield Pavement Repair and Replacement Kingdom of Jordan W912ER26RA014. Update: The Government is actively preparing the Phase I RFP, which has an anticipated release date of 01 June 2026. Once published, the solicitation will provide complete details regarding the required Responsibility Determination and two information security based evaluation factors: Cybersecurity Accreditation and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Data Management. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), through its Southwestern Division, Middle East District (SWM), anticipates soliciting and awarding a contract to provide the necessary construction services as described below.
