5” Video Boresight/Gun Alignment Camera

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) intends to award a firm fixed-price contract on a noncompetitive basis to CI Systems (CAGE: OWB57) for the supply of a 5-inch Video Boresight/Gun Alignment Camera. This requirement is identified under solicitation number N00174-26-SIMACQ-W81-0023 and is classified under NAICS 334513, Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables, and PSC 1020, GUNS, OVER 125MM THROUGH 150MM. Performance will take place in Indian Head, MD.

This special notice serves as an intent to sole source rather than a request for quotes. The Department of the Navy is conducting negotiations using procedures other than full and open competition pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.101(b). The determination not to compete the proposed contract action is within the discretion of the government, and information received in response to this notice will be used solely to decide whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
