(End of amendment 1) The USPFO for Montana (located at Fort Harrison, MT)is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) under FAR Part 13.5 procedures, to award a single award IDIQ for food service to be provided for Soldiers (and other service members) performing AT, IDT and other training and duties at Fort Harrison,HelenaAviation Reserve Center (HARC)near Helena Regional Airport, and Limestone Hills Training area near Townsend. The contract duration will include one base year with two additional two year option periods (1yr base + 2yr opt + 2yr opt), plus inclusion of 52.217-8 clause, which may extend the contract up to 6 months. Contract ceiling for the IDIQ will be $4,500,000.00 with a $5,000 minimum guarantee. The proposed contract is 100% competitive set aside for small business concerns. NAICS code is 722310 with a size standard of $38,500,000.00. Product Service Code is S203. The date for the site visit is November 22, 2019 at 10:00 AM local (MST) time at Bldg 1011 on Sanaianda Dr, Fort Harrison, MT.
