AE Contract for Specialized Antennas, Towers, and Related Communication Facilities Worldwide

The Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) is soliciting SF-330 submissions for architect-engineering and design services under solicitation number N3943019R2156. This procurement is classified under NAICS code 541330 for Engineering Services and PSC code C. The government seeks to identify maintenance and repair requirements and design modifications or upgrades for support equipment and facilities at various communication sites worldwide. The scope of work includes design and engineering services to inspect, repair, modify, upgrade, or build support equipment and facilities at tower-based installations. Projects involve antenna towers ranging from 50 to 1,500 feet, water towers from 50 to 200 feet, and training or surveillance towers between 20 and 250 feet. These services support Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) projects and require multidisciplinary expertise in architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, and environmental engineering. Selected contractors will prepare specifications and drawings for both new and existing facilities.

Performance will occur at Department of Defense stations and facilities globally, including locations in Puerto Rico, Iceland, Italy, and Japan. Insurance requirements for individual outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS) bases are addressed on a case-by-case basis.
