M -- Facilities Support Services

The Public Buildings Service intends to award a firm fixed price contract for comprehensive facilities support services across multiple locations in Georgia. This requirement encompasses full facility management, including operations and maintenance, custodial services, preventative maintenance, mechanical and architectural repairs, and landscaping. Additional service requirements include snow removal, waste and recycling management, carpet cleaning, window washing, and blind cleaning. Performance will take place at federal buildings, courthouses, and post offices in Athens, Macon, Columbus, Valdosta, Warner Robins, and Cordele.

The acquisition is designated as a 100% 8(a) set-aside under NAICS code 561210, Facilities Support Services, and PSC code M. The project magnitude is estimated between $4,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The contract structure consists of a 12-month base period followed by four 12-month option periods.
