Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The 108th Wing, New Jersey Air National Guard intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis a contract to Intersection media LLC at 10 Hudson Yards, 26th Floor New York, NY 10001.  The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.”  This notice will be distributed solely through the Contract Opportunities Website (https://beta.sam.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the Contract Opportunities site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code is 541890 - Other Services Related to Advertising; the size standard is $15M. The 108th Wing intends to negotiate a one-time sole source contract with Intersection to purchase an advertising package which promotes the New Jersey Air National Guard along NJTransit buses and rails. Advertising rights for NJTransit is only available for purchase from Intersection directly. This procurement will be for a single award. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, BIDS or PROPOSALS, and a solicitation will not be issued. Responsible sources may identify their interests and or provide a capability statement as a response to this notice. All respondents shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), have a valid DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax Identification Number. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement prior to and no later than June 11, 2026 at 9:00p.m. EST.
