On March 29, 2016 NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Philadelphia Office, located at 700 Robbins Ave Philadelphia PA 19111 awarded multiple award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price task order contracts to provide curriculum analyses and planning services in support of Naval Education Training Commands Naval Training Products and Services Program.
