NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Solicitation Number: 15M10225QA4700110 The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for FY25-30 A34 IOD 15 Most Wanted Board BPA The period of performance for this effort will be a 12-month base period plus 4 Option Years. The total estimated value is $250,00.00. This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 for the aforementioned requirement. This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the options included in this requirement. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
