BASIS FOR AWARD-
A Single Firm Fixed Price Award will be made to the responsible offeror, whose offer is, conforming to the combined Synopsis/Solicitation, offers the lowest price, technically acceptable (LPTA) quote with no adverse past performances. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes based on an acceptable/unacceptable basis to determine if the contractor meets the requirements described in the requirement.

The Contracting Officer reserves the right to designate representatives to act for him/her in furnishing technical guidance and advice or generally monitor the work to be performed under this contract.

The POC designated for the USMMA Kings Point, NY, Contracting Office is listed below to assist in the discharge of the PCO/ACO’s responsibilities when he/she is unable to be directly in touch with the contract work.
