View moreThe A/E firm shall have architectural and engineering capabilities through their staffs or through the use of consultants which include expertise and experience in the following disciplines: Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Environmental, Electrical, Electronic, Architectural, Surveying and Occupational Health and Safety and more specifically work in areas as follows: paving and drainage; concrete and steel structures; marine structures (e.g., locks, dams, pile structures, wharves, mooring cells); HVAC; sanitary and fire protections systems; electro-mechanical and hydraulic systems; environmental and energy efficiency; electrical power distribution systems; electronic equipment and controls; and construction and topographic surveys. Projects may involve single or multiple disciplines.
4. Response:
Interested firms shall submit the following:
1. Name of Company; Company Address; Point of Contact, with Name, Phone Number and Email; Unique Entity Identification Number (UEI), CAGE Code, and Socio-Economic Size Status under NAICS Code 541330 (Large/Small Business/HubZone/8(a)/Woman Owned Small Business/Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business/etc.)
2. Provide a capability statement that lists three projects similar in scope, completed in the last 3 years. These projects may include A&E Services for entities outside of the federal government. Brief descriptions of the relevant projects shall be provided along with contact references for each project. (Not to exceed 3 pages).
