HORIZON REFERENCE SYSTEM FOR ARLEIGH BURKE-CLASS GUIDED MISSILE DESTROYERS, CONSTELLATION-CLASS FRIGATES, AND FREEDOM AND INDEPENDENCE-CLASS LITTORAL COMBAT SHIPS

The Department of the Navy, NAVAIR Warfare Center Aircraft Division, has issued multiple awards for the Horizon Reference System (HRS) supporting the Program Manager Air (PMA) 251 Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment Program Office. These five-year, fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts provide for the procurement and support of HRS units for Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyers, Constellation-class frigates, and both Freedom and Independence-class littoral combat ships.
