SUBJECT: SITE VISIT – W50S7826RA003, Locksmith Services
Please submit the above information by email no later than Monday, March 2, 2026 at 1:00 pm CDT. The Lackland Visitor Control Center requires 10 days for review and approval; therefore, this is a firm deadline.
All questions and Request for Information (RFI) must be submitted no later than Friday, March 20, 2026, at 10:00 am CDT via email to the Contract Specialist Candace Fernandez at [email protected] and the Contracting Officer Mark Green at [email protected]. We anticipate having answers posted to https://sam.gov no later than Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price and other factors.

Technical capability of the contractor shall be determined by the following: technical approach to address all items in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), parts/equipment lead time, ability to meet the period of performance, and copy of certifications in accordance with the PWS.
Contractors who are interested in this requirement shall submit your proposal, not to exceed two pages, by email no later than Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 1:00 pm CDT to the Contract Specialist Candace Fernandez at [email protected] and the Contracting Officer Mark Green at [email protected]. Certifications for the Department of War Lock program participant and GSA certified safe and vault technicians shall be submitted with the proposal and will not count against the page requirement.
