SEA District: Full-Service Elevator Maintenance

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) issued a requirement for full-service elevator maintenance across the SEA District, managed by the 697DCK Regional Acquisitions Services office. The scope covered 24/7 maintenance and repair for 12 elevators at various Washington State facilities, including Air Traffic Control Towers and Terminal Radar Approach Control sites. However, Amendment 0001 has since cancelled the solicitation in its entirety, ending the procurement for all associated line items. The original requirements included providing all labor, equipment, and materials for traction, hydraulic, freight, and ADA elevators, with mandatory response times of one hour for entrapments and two hours for general service calls. The planned performance period spanned a base year and four option years, originally set to run from December 2025 through September 2030. The solicitation package provided a detailed Statement of Work, asset lists, pricing templates, and wage determinations prior to the cancellation. Requirements included 24/7 availability, strict response times for entrapments, and the implementation of a Maintenance Control Program. The FAA requires full-service maintenance for 12 elevators across multiple Washington State facilities, covering all labor, equipment, and materials for inspections and repairs.
