Fermilab-ICB-A Angstrom E-Beam ECR Vacuum Electrical Feed-DG

Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC (FFDG), the contractor for Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, is seeking proposals for electrical infrastructure installation to support the ICB-A Angstrom E-Beam ECR Vacuum project. The scope includes labor, equipment, and materials for new feeders, conduit systems, junction boxes, and safety switches for an Angstrom E-Beam ECR Vacuum Deposition System and a Haskris Chiller. This is a small business set-aside under NAICS 238210. Evaluation is based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology. Technical specifications require Square D breakers and 1 1/4 inch conduit. Amendment 01 modified the conduit routing to bypass an existing 6x6x4 junction box and run directly into the panel, while extending the response deadline to June 12, 2026.
