BRCA BPA PROPANE

The National Park Service is establishing a firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for propane delivery at Bryce Canyon National Park. This five-year agreement, running from 2026 through 2031, covers four locations including above-ground bulk tanks and below-ground tanks at historical housing units. Deliveries must occur between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Propane must meet a 95% purity standard, with pricing determined by a fixed mark-up over the Salt Lake City rack rates reported by the U.S. Energy Information Administration. Evaluation is based on technical capability and past performance as documented in the required Technical-Experience Questionnaire. Deliveries are restricted to a morning window between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. All fuel must meet a 95% purity standard. Pricing is tied to the U.S. Energy Information Administration Salt Lake City rack rates, with a fixed mark-up provided by the contractor. Supply and deliver propane to four designated locations within Bryce Canyon National Park.
