R--HOOF TRIMMING FOR WILD HORSES

The Bureau of Land Management Idaho State Office is soliciting hoof trimming services for wild horses under solicitation L15PS01206. This requirement is designated as an SBA Small Business Administration set-aside and is classified under NAICS code 115210 Support Activities for Animal Production and PSC code R. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary equipment, including grinders and blades, to perform services at the Bruneau Off Range Corrals. Because this is a new facility receiving horses already accustomed to feedlot environments and many possess recently trimmed hooves, the volume of hoof trimming services may be reduced during the first six months of the initial performance year.

Proposals must be submitted by the response deadline of October 23, 2015. Bids sent via mail or hand-delivered must be directed to the agency office in Boise, Idaho, at 1387 S. Vinnell Way, as the government will not accept bids delivered to the Bruneau Off Range Corral Facility.
