Marine Gas Turbine Alteration Installation Teams (MGT AIT).

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to procure Marine Gas Turbine Alteration Installation Teams (MGT AIT) services. A detailed statement or work for the required services is included in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP) document. An Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) type contract is intended. Award will be made utilizing the DoD Best Value Source Selection Trade-Off Process. The Government is procuring these services on a competitive basis utilizing a 100% small business set-aside. There is no incumbent contractor for these services. Place of Performance: Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) locations to include California, Florida, Hawaii, Japan, Spain, Virginia, and Washington. Offerors must be registered in the System For Award Management (SAM) as a small business in order to be considered for contract award.
