Satellite Laser Ranging Services III

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center intends to issue a sole source contract to the University of Hawaii for Satellite Laser Ranging Services III. This requirement involves the provision of satellite laser ranging operations, including the maintenance and calibration of the NASA Transportable Laser Ranging System (TLRS-4). The scope also includes support for facility planning, installation, and operation of new NASA geodetic stations as part of the NASA Space Geodesy Network. Performance will take place at the TLRS-4 facility in Haleakala near Honolulu, Hawaii, to ensure the uninterrupted continuation of laser tracking support at this remote geographic location.
