This requirement is to procure GOCO Aircraft Fuel & Ground Fuel Support Services and Fuel Storage & Distribution at NAS Kingsville aviation bulk fuel storage compound consisting of three (3) 20,000 barrel above ground fuel storage tanks and the components to receive fuel by commercial tank truck and supply product to the mobile refuelers at the fill stands. The fuel facility at NALF Orange Grove is a compact system consisting of three (3) 25,000 gallon Cut and Cover fuel storage tanks, a covered fill stand/parking area, and receipt headers. The system is supplied by tank trucks via a receipt header. Additionally, fuel trucks are required at the start of contract period of performance.
