WV Panhandle PSO Services

This Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract is issued for armed protective security officers (PSO) services at various federally owned/leased facilities throughout the West Virginia Panhandle, which includes the Counties of Berkeley, Jefferson, and Morgan in West Virginia, and the Counties of Frederick and Warren in Virginia in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The subject Contract is comprised of the following: 1. SF1449 2. Post Exhibit 3. Contract Clauses for Commercial Items 4. Statement of Work (SOW) 5. SOW Exhibits 6. CBA-2017-10422 SPFPA (FBI Sites) and CBA-2017-10423 SPFPA (WV and VA sites) 7. Vendor's Technical Proposal (Management Approach) The period of performance for this IDIQ contract will remain in effect from October 1, 2018 to March 31, 2024 if all optional ordering periods are exercised (to include the 6 month extension). Specific periods of performance will be identified on individual Task Orders issued hereunder. Accounting and appropriations data will be specified on individual Task Orders. a) CLINs 0001-0004, Base Year 10/1/2018 to 9/30/2019 b) CLINs 1001-1004, Option 1 10/1/2019 to 9/30/2020 c) CLINs 2001-2004, Option 2 10/1/2020 to 9/30/2021 d) CLINs 3001-3004, Option 3 10/1/2021 to 9/30/2022 e) CLINs 4001-4004, Option 4 10/1/2022 to 9/30/2023 f) CLINs 5001-5001, 52.218-8 10/1/2023 to 3/31/2024 The guaranteed minimum amount, in accordance with FAR 52.216-22 Indefinite Quantity (Oct 1995), paragraph (b)), under this contract is $100,000 worth of services at the established unit price. This minimum guarantee will be de-obligated from this contract once a task order or task orders is/are issued with a value of $100,000 or greater through which the minimum guarantee will be satisfied. The contractor can only invoice for the minimum guarantee as applied at the contract level if task orders are never issued against this contract and only at the end of the contract's period of performance (i.e. 3/31/2024). If task orders are issued, but do not amount to a value of $100,000, the contractor can invoice for the minimum guarantee minus the total value of the task orders issued under this contract at the end of the contracts period of performance (i.e. 3/31/24). All revisions reflected in Amendments 0001 through 0003 of the solicitation are acknowledged and are hereby incorporated into the contract. The total value of this contract including all option periods is $86,061,070.00 for approximately 2,101,000.00 hours of service over a 66-month period.
