The purpose of this amendment is to 1. Update the CLIN structure and 2. Update the anticipated release date. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery (ID/IQ) type contract to Mikel, Inc. This intended award will be on a Sole Source basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5) as implemented by FAR 6.302-5: Authorized or Required by Statute and authorized by 15 U.S.C. 638(r)(1). This requirement is for Submarine Acoustic Navigation Systems (SANS) Beacons and associated engineering services. Mikel, Inc. owns, and has full rights and title to, the data that was developed under previous SBIR efforts. This requirement is a follow-on to N66604-20-D-H001 with Mikel, Inc. and it is anticipated that 196,800 man-hours will be required over the five-year Period of Performance.
