SECTION III – DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS
Moody Air Force Base (AFB) requires the procurement of the brand name items listed in Section II. Offerors must quote all items.
NOTE: This requirement is restricted to the brand name specified above to ensure compatibility and interoperability with existing mission-critical parachute systems. Justification is attached (Attachment 1).
Any questions regarding this requirement shall be submitted via email to the Point of Contacts listed in Section I no later than 15 June 2026 at 9:00AM, EST.
SECTION IV – SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
Quotes are due no later than 9:00AM, EST on 17 June 2026 and must be submitted electronically via email to the Point of Contacts listed in Section I. Please quote on the contract line items listed in Section II and provide estimated delivery schedule or lead time for the required items.
Quotes will be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Additionally, The Government will evaluate the quality, relevance, and integrity of the offeror’s past performance. A historical record of debarments, suspensions, voluntary exclusions, or negative integrity-related terminations (for default or cause) within the past five (5) years may serve as a basis for a lower past performance rating, a determination of non-responsibility, or complete disqualification from the competition.
