View moreThe resulting award will be made to the offerer who provides the Best Value to the Government in compliance with the provided Statement of Work (SOW). The Government will assess its level of confidence that the offering contractor will successfully perform all requirements in regard to (1) Technical Approach, (2) Past Performance/Specialized Experience, and (3) Price/Cost.
This procurement is for commercial kennel facilities and services in support of the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Canine Enforcement Program. It is required that all contractors submitting a quote in accordance with attached SOW demonstrating they can fulfill stated requirements. CBP reserves the right to award with or without a site visit to the contractor's facility, as well as make unscheduled inspections post-award to ensure acceptable conditions and that all requirements listed in the SOW are being met.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, and facilities required to provide kenneling services for the CBP canines. The number of canines to be kenneled is currently nine (9), however, the number of canines is subject to change according to the demands of their service.
CBP Canine Handler access to the facility is required 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
The contractor’s facility must be located within twenty (20) miles or less of the canine’s work site.

Offerors are to include in their RFQ Packet the following:
- Acknowledgment of any modifications or amendments.
- Kennel Price Quote Form (KPQF), containing pricing per canine, per day for each
service year.
- Capability Statement with relevant past performance in accordance with the SOW and this RFQ.
To be considered, prices must be provided for each service year. Quotes that are incomplete, unsigned, or late will not be considered.
The complete RFQ packet must be RECEIVED by email to the Contract Specialist no later than May 28, 2026, at 10 am. Eastern Time. No phone calls will be accepted.
