MARSOC EOD Primer Course RFP - Amendment I

Solicitation H9225723R0002 is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the MARSOC EOD Primer Course to support the Marine Forces Special Operations Command mission. This requirement is classified under NAICS 611519 Other Technical and Trade Schools and PSC R499 SUPPORT- PROFESSIONAL: OTHER. The government is requesting proposals for instruction and training scenarios encompassing explosive ordnance disposal threat assessment, assault support, circuit and detonator diagnostics, radiographic inspection, and both precision and volumetric disruption. The training includes live fire and non-live fire evolutions covering improvised explosive device defeat techniques, electronics, stabilization, hostage handling, laboratory identification, and chemical, biological, and radiological hazards.

The scope of services also includes instruction on site exploitation and support for special reconnaissance using manual and remote techniques in permissive and non-permissive environments. Performance is scheduled to take place at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Amendment I to the solicitation updated the proposal page number restrictions and extended the response deadline. The solicitation documentation consists of six attachments, including the original request for proposal, a statement of work, a DD254 form, a question and answer document, and both conformed and change-only versions of the amended solicitation. This announcement serves as the sole solicitation for the requirement, which is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 12 and 13. All interested parties are permitted to submit a proposal for consideration by the agency.
