Notice of Intent to Sole Source - AUSA Nimlock Replacement

The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Knox intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to BE-NK, doing business as Nimlok Kentucky, for the creation and construction of a 60'x90' replacement modular exhibit display. This procurement, identified under solicitation number PANMCC26P0000046943, requires a new system that is fully interchangeable with the existing exhibit originally built by Concepts Display. The project is classified under NAICS 541430 Graphic Design Services and PSC 9905 SIGNS, ADVERTISING DISPLAYS, AND IDENTIFICATION PLATES.

The contractor is responsible for the design, construction, and initial setup and teardown training for the modular display. All manufacturing must be completed no later than September 2, 2026, with the initial training scheduled at Fort Knox, Kentucky, from September 8 to September 11, 2026. This action is conducted under the statutory authority of Title 41 U.S.C. 1901, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures for commercial products and commercial services as only one source is deemed capable of meeting the requirement.

While this notice does not constitute a request for competitive offers, interested parties may submit capability statements by June 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
