Maintenance and Repair of Fire Fighting Vehicles and associated Superstructure within Germany (Baumholder,Germersheim, Grafenwoehr, Hohenfels, Illesheim, Kaiserslautern, Katterbach, Mannheim, Miesau, Sembach, Stuttgart, Ansbach, Vilseck, Wiesbaden)

Amendment 0002 to change the deadline for reciept of offers to 5 April 2024 at 10:00AM CET. Amendment 0001 to change the response date and time issued on 20 March 2024. The 409th CSB, RCO Bavaria issue a Solicitation to award a Commercial, Single Award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Type (IDT) Contract. The Contractor shall provide maintenance and repair of fire fighting vehicles in various locations in Germany in accordance with the standards specified in the PWS. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offeror. The period of performance is expected to start 01 July 2024 and includes a one year base period and four, oneyear option periods. OFFERORS WISHING TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE RFP from SAM.gov and to frequently monitor SAM.gov for any amendments. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render vendor proposal non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. Work will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with Germanlaw (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany).
