Explosive Detection Canine Team (EDCT) Services in Manhattan, NYC, NY and Bethesda, MD

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), on behalf of the Federal Protective Service (FPS), is soliciting proposals for Explosive Detection Canine Team (EDCT) services.
