SORBENT, OIL - ATF / SORBENT, OIL

This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract, which will include NSN 4235-01-219-7414, Sorbent, Oil in accordance with CID A-A-1280B NOT 2, Revision NR B, Dtd 07/08/2008, Part Piece Number A128032. The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. The period of performance will be a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted using other than full and open competition. The RFP will be issued for an estimated annual quantity of 16,536 BE for the base year and each option year. Offers will be solicited with production delivery of 30 days ARO. Terms are FOBDestination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination covering DLA Direct requirements only. Clause 252.225-7021, Trade Agreements applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
